#52 – DRAG QUEENS

The Adventure – The Queens

As a wee tot and young adult, I never knew drag queens existed.

After all, I lived in a series of small towns.

Nowadays, I live amongst these fabulous creatures. They truly are a dream. But more than that, these men, are my neighbours, my old school mates, and are truly fabulous beyond belief.

I finally got an opportunity to watch my friend, my neighbour, Paige Turner, perform in his final show before moving to the East Coast to be near his family.

I had no idea that he was involved in so many charities for the disenfranchised – in fact, he has helped many people overcome their challenges. He is a force of nature.
